Your nervous system is the bridge that impacts every single system in your body.

This means that if your nervous system isn't well regulated, everything downstream, from emotions, mood, to physical symptoms and overall health will be negatively impacted.

Those with chronic illness, empaths, HSPs, neurodivergents are especially impacted

Nervous system dysregulation impacting health and wellness is especially the case for anyone with any type of chronic illness or illness of immune dysfunction, like autoimmunity, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, or chronic fatigue. Studies show a dysregulated nervous system will trigger or worsen immune dysfunction, and make it almost impossible to gain control over symptoms, and is often a major root cause of symptom development or progression.

And anyone who identifies with traits like empath, Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS), or any other neurodivergent trait needs to be especially aware of nervous system regulation, because our nervous systems filter less information than average. If we don't understand this fact and account for our nervous system needs, we can easily end up feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated, which can make even simple tasks of life feel like an impossible challenge.

Understanding your nervous system, how to regulate it, develop a wider window of tolerance, and improving vagal tone, coherence, and heart rate variability are all important foundations that will improve physical symptoms, emotional well-being, and the feeling of resiliency you have, especially during stressful times.

This program guides you step-by-step through not only understanding your own nervous system, but how to take charge of nervous system regulation, so that you can feel empowered in your own body.

You'll learn effective strategies from a wide range of science-based practices and modalities, including specific breathing techniques, focus strategies, dietary considerations, as well as a toolbox of modalities from acupressure, herbology, essential oils, and more. Demonstrations and instructions are provided and well-detailed.

This isn't fluff

What I teach here is exactly what I teach my own 1:1 mentorship clients in their first session with me. Because learning how to regulate your own nervous system is an important and necessary first step to create a solid foundation of resiliency before doing any type of deeper inner healing work. This is why this program is Level 0. All of my clients start here before we can go any deeper.

  • Three effective, scientifically-backed breathing strategies that can deliver calming, grounding, and regulating results almost immediately, and over time, help you train your nervous system to widen your window of tolerance. Explanations of the science and guided demonstrations of the techniques are included.
  • Mindfulness-based focus strategies to redirect your focus to the one and only moment you have control over with your actions: the present moment.
    • The activities, exercises, and techniques taught and demonstrated in this section are simple, easy to practice, and don't take any extra time out of your day to do (and are different than meditation).
  • Dietary considerations, based on 20+ years of clinical practice and education, to support and optimize nervous system function, with additional considerations provided to support conditions of immune dysfunction, like autoimmunity and endometriosis.
    • A vast collection of recipe books is included so you'll never be lost wondering what to make now that you've learned effective strategies. All recipes are at minimum gluten- and dairy-free, many of which are AIP friendly, and can be adapted for those following even stricter therapeutic diets, like keto or carnivore.

Who am I?

I'm Michelle Dowker, Naturopathic Doctor turned Intuitive Guide & Inner Awakening Facilitator. I guide empaths, sensitives, and people with chronic illness to learn how to trust themselves again, awaken to their inner power, re-member who they are, Uncondition™ from what's holding them back from their inner freedom, and not just heal their lives and health, but transform and soar to new levels of purpose and potential they never even imagined could be possible.
